This sculpture represents how genes and personality traits are transmitted through generations in all living things, even plants.

Each cone represents a life, the bigger one below symbolises older generations and the smaller one above newer ones. The cone above is actually split into two, so you can see how past generations infuse, and in some way transform, into new ones.
